No. AI assists with extraction and preparation. Staff can review and correct the information before it is approved or moved forward.
Does InsuraMed connect to every payer and EHR?
Not yet. Connectivity is being added through supported, approved integrations. We confirm the exact payer and EHR scope during the demo instead of promising universal coverage.
How is access protected?
The current platform uses authenticated accounts, server-verified roles, organization-scoped access, protected admin routes, security headers, and workflow audit events.
