Privacy Notice
This notice explains how InsuraMed handles information submitted through our public website, demo scheduling, and account-access process. Public forms are for business information only.
Effective September 13, 2026
Information we collect
We collect business contact details you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, organization, role, and optional phone number. A demo request may also include your preferred appointment time, organization type, team size, business problem, and optional workflow context.
For account holders, we process authentication, organization membership, role, security, and activity information needed to operate protected workspaces. We also process limited technical information needed to prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain security.
Do not enter patient names, member IDs, medical records, insurance-card information, or other protected health information in public contact or demo-booking fields.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, review access requests, schedule and manage demos, create approved accounts, operate and secure the service, communicate about requested services, investigate errors, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or use public-form information for third-party behavioral advertising.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to run the current platform, including Vercel for website hosting, Firebase and Google services for authentication and calendar functions, Resend for transactional email, and database infrastructure for application records. Sentry may process carefully limited diagnostic information when monitoring is enabled.
Authenticated insurance-card intake currently sends submitted images and related workflow context to OpenAI for structured extraction. Healthcare customers must use that workflow only under an approved service agreement and configuration appropriate to their data. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or during an organizational transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and deletion
We retain inquiry and demo information while we evaluate or maintain the business relationship and for a limited period needed for security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Account, workflow, and audit information follows the applicable customer agreement and operational retention schedule. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, unless law or a security need requires longer retention.
You may ask us to correct or delete public-form information by emailing contact@insuramed.dev. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited records when required for security or legal purposes.
Security and your choices
We use access controls, encrypted connections, protected sessions, scoped administration, and activity records to reduce risk. No system can guarantee absolute security. Use only credentials issued to you, protect your account, and notify us promptly about suspected misuse.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain information. Contact us to make a request or ask how this notice applies to you.
Scope and updates
This website notice does not replace a healthcare customer agreement, business associate agreement, or a customer’s own patient privacy notice. The service is intended for professional users and is not directed to children.
We may update this notice as the service and vendor chain change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
