These terms govern the InsuraMed public website, demo scheduling, and access-request process. Access to the healthcare application is invite-only and is governed by the agreement provided to the customer.

Using this website
You may use this website for lawful business evaluation of InsuraMed. You must provide accurate information, respect other users and the service, and avoid attempts to bypass access controls, interfere with availability, introduce malicious material, scrape protected areas, or misuse another person’s identity.
Public contact and scheduling forms are not designed for patient information. Do not submit patient names, member IDs, medical records, insurance-card images, or other protected health information through those forms.
Demos and access requests
A booking is reserved only after the website confirms it. You may use the secure link sent to you to cancel or reschedule. We may contact you about your request and may change or cancel a meeting when reasonably necessary.
Submitting a request does not create a customer relationship or guarantee account approval. Approved users receive individual credentials and must follow the access and security requirements of the applicable customer agreement.
Product limits and professional review
InsuraMed assists healthcare teams with insurance-data capture and workflow preparation. Users remain responsible for reviewing information, making professional decisions, and confirming submissions. InsuraMed does not provide medical, legal, coding, coverage, or payment advice.
Capabilities and integrations vary. Unless expressly confirmed in a customer agreement, the website does not promise live eligibility, universal payer or EHR connectivity, guaranteed authorization, claim acceptance, payment, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Ownership and feedback
The website, product design, software, text, and InsuraMed branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms provide permission to evaluate the website; they do not transfer ownership. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without identifying you publicly.
Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to services operated by other organizations. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for content or systems outside our control.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The public website and evaluation materials are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any production use, service levels, warranties, data obligations, liability terms, and dispute process will be defined in the applicable signed customer agreement.
